Brockton, Massachusetts is home to Massasoit Community College’s largest campus, which includes its Fine Arts building. Two smaller campuses, one located in the Blue Hills of Canton, and the other located in the renovated Lincoln D. Lynch Elementary School in Middleborough, enable the college to provide Associates Degrees and Certificate programs to students admitted through their open enrollment policy. Credit earning students for the Fall of 2018 numbered 6,995.
Despite open enrollment, the college requires a high school diploma, GED/HiSET Certificate, or another state-approved credential. Further, some programs have selective admissions which may have other prerequisites. For example, the LPN to Associate Degree Advanced Placement Nurse Education Program requires submission of scores from the ATI TEAS Nursing Test.
